I started doing makeup professionally eight years ago - bridal, parties, fashion shoots, occasions, a bit of everything. I'm VLCC certified and based in Delhi, though I take destination bookings when the timing works. Eight years in, I still find the work interesting because no two clients are the same.

Every look I build starts with the person in front of me - their skin, their comfort level, how long the day runs, what they actually want to feel like. For bridal work that means longevity matters as much as aesthetics. A look that photographs well at 10am but doesn't hold by reception time isn't a good look. My kit runs on Huda Beauty, Lakme, Nykaa, and Forever 52 - brands I've used long enough to know exactly what they do.
